Four Communications hires Antia Buhigas as social media head

Four Communications has brought in the comms head of a digital photo printing company as its first head of social media.
Antia Buhigas has been appointed by the agency in a bid to grow its social media offering to clients.
Buhigas oversaw all social and PR activity at PhotoBox for three years, leading Face Britain, a campaign that involved 200,000 self-portraits by children projected onto Buckingham Palace, which was the brainchild of Prince Charles.
She previously worked at digital agency Stickee Digital for clients including ITV, HarperCollins and BSkyB. Buhigas also worked as a consultant to experiential agency Jack Morton Worldwide, advising on campaigns for Phillips, Toyota, NHS and Reuters, and worked in numerous PR roles.
Originally from Spain, Buhigas came to the UK in 1995.
