Standard & Poor's, the global financial services firm, has called on Citigate Dewe Rogerson to handle PR for its Capital IQ business across the EMEA region.
Standard & Poor's Capital IQ provides information and analytics to the investment banking industry and other financial professionals.
Citigate will handle a b2b PR brief spanning the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. The agency will target potential clients, the wider investment community and specialist investment media.
S&P Capital IQ goes head to head with Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg to provide data and analytics to 4,200 client firms. It was founded in 1999, while the Standard & Poor's brand as a whole dates back more than 150 years.
It is thought that the brief was previously handled by MHP Communications.
