PARIS: PR Newswire has acquired French hi-tech corporate
communications news agency Cyperus for pounds 7.2m. Cyperus, established
in 1996, provides online IR and communications services including
webcasts, presentations and news release delivery. Current clients
include France Telecom, IBM and Alcatel.
