Congratulations go to celeb PR kingpin Gary Farrow, who braved the pain from his recent knee replacement surgery to collect his OBE for services to the music industry and charity. Farrow arrived at Buckingham Palace on crutches last week, helped along by his wife and Sun columnist Jane Moore, and some 'very good painkillers Michael Jackson would have paid good money for'.
