31 October: In Time UK premiere Curzon Mayfair, London. Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried attend the sci-fi premiere.
1 November: International Conference on Cyberspace The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London. Organised to agree a set of standards on how to counter cyber crime. Speakers include Foreign Secretary William Hague and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
2 November: World premiere of David Gest's Michael Jackson documentary Empire, Leicester Square, London. Produced and narrated by Gest with contributions from Jackson's mother Katherine, brother Tito and sister Rebbie, all of whom are expected to attend.
3 November: G20 summit Cannes. Hosted by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and set to be dominated by the eurozone debt crisis. PM David Cameron and US President Barack Obama are among the attendees.
4 November: Galaxy National Book Awards ceremony Mandarin Oriental Hotel, London. Hosted by Dara O Briain.
6 November: MTV Europe Music Awards Belfast. Hosted by Selena Gomez. Lady Gaga leads the nominations with six.
