DUBAI: Reputation specialist Porter Novelli has established a Middle East office in Dubai called Impact Porter Novelli. IPN is the result of a tie-up between Porter Novelli and leading local advertising and PR company, Impact/BBDO. Founded in Beirut in 1971 by Alain Khouri, and now with regional offices in Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Beirut, Cairo, and Kuwait City, the Impact/BBDO Group is the Middle East Network of BBDO World-wide. IPN's parent company, Porter Novelli International, which is chaired by Peter Hehir, and BBDO are both part of the Omnicom Group.
