Flack: Flack in Pictures
PR Week UK, Friday, 22 July 2011, 12:00am,
1. Persuasion PR's staff and clients took a trip down memory lane at an 80s themed party to celebrate 25 years in business. Timmy Mallet met Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Vivien from The Young Ones as the team dressed as icons from a decade of questionable taste. Partygoers were plied with Bucks Fizz and Blue Nun, while playing Asteroid, Centipede and Pong on the Atari.
2. Last week, Haygarth handled PR for the high-profile Foundation Polo Challenge in California. The Duke of Cambridge led his team to victory against Team American Express Centurion. High profile guests included Rob Lowe, Billy Zane, Jennifer Love-Hewitt and Nicolette Sheridan. This is definitely not a shameless way to get a picture of the royal newlyweds into PRWeek.
3. As part of a recent rebrand, b2b professional services experts Man Bites Dog invited some four-legged guests to Man Bites Dog HQ for a celebratory photo shoot. Man Bites Dog would like to reassure readers that, aside from a few chewed fingers, no dogs or PROs were hurt taking these photos.
