Taylor Herring brought in to promote ITV1 primetime reality TV show

The entertainment specialist has been appointed by Big Talk Productions and ITV to promote Show Me The Funny, a new primetime series starting on Monday 18 July.

The series, which will be broadcast across the summer, will be hosted by award-winning comedian Jason Manford and will feature guest judges including Alan Davies, Jo Brand, Johnny Vegas and Bob Mortimer.

Taylor Herring has been tasked with a national and regional PR campaign for the show and will handle the contestants, presenters and guest judges. A key part of the remit will include integrated Twitter and Facebook activity.

The series will feature ten comedians with varying levels of experience vying to win £100,000, a UK tour throughout September and their very own stand-up DVD.

Taylor Herring has experience in comedy and reality TV handling high profile shows such as The Apprentice and The Inbetweneers.
