INTERNATIONAL: BORDER LINES - Anglo-Sino PR agencies link up

BEIJING: The largest international media relations agency covering the print, publishing and new media industries, AD Communications (ADC) of Surrey, has teamed up with Guangming PR Consultants Centre (GPR) in Beijing, which is owned by Chinese newspaper group, The Guangming Daily. 'ADC will work exclusively in China's graphic arts market and co-ordinate worldwide media programmes,' said MD Richard Allen. ADC has also announced a similar partnership in Germany with Csion Communications, and in the US with Broadford & Maloney.
