Nelson Bostock wins Zeus account
Nelson Bostock Communications has been appointed by Zeus Technology UK after a three-way pitch. Zeus, a software-based application traffic management company, helps Dell, IBM, Intel, the BBC and ITV manage application and website traffic through cloud computing.
The Whiteoaks Consultancy has recruited Hill & Knowlton senior account manager James Farquharson as an associate director, responsible for service development. Farquharson reports to Whiteoaks MD James Kelliher.
Mubaloo, one of the UK's largest b2b and b2c smartphone application development agencies, has called in Mi liberty to educate businesses on the benefits that mobile apps can bring. Mubaloo has created apps for companies including McDonald's, RBS, Diageo and Samsung.
Content & Motion PR has been brought in by online research panel and survey technology company Toluna. The main remit will be to promote new online survey tool QuickSurveys 2.0, which allows people to survey audiences through email, blogs, Twitter and Facebook.
Aspectus PR has been drafted in by software consulting firm G2 Systems to manage its international PR campaign. Aspectus plans to position G2 Systems as a thought leader, addressing issues arising in the financial services market. Aspectus will also implement a social media campaign for G2 Systems, aiming to drive traffic to its website and organically raise its search engine optimisation, while supporting traditional and ongoing PR activities.
