London First's director of comms is set to leave the body as he seeks a new role.
Graham Capper is set to leave the membership body that represents business in London in early August, to take an extended break while handling freelance opportunities.
The organisation has not yet found a replacement for Capper, but has started a recruitment process.
Capper said: ‘I’m going to take an extended break and will start job searching after the summer. I decided I would move on and at the same time give some consideration to what I would like to do next.’
Capper has worked at London First for over four years. He will freelance under the business name Capper Marketing while seeking a new role.
Capper added that he is seeking a role in comms that focuses on public affairs and media relations.
In his time at London First, Capper has been involved in placing East End regeneration as an Olympic priority and lobbied in support of the Crossrail scheme.
