Lexis has strengthened its corporate practice with the hire of two account directors. John Heredea joins from Oglivy PR and Gemma Hinksman from Camargue. Both were previously account managers and have been appointed to improve the consultancy's media realtions strategy.

Brazil has been called in by Funding Circle, an online marketplace that enables people to lend to small busineeses. Backed by Index Ventures, it allows consumers to maximise returns on their savings and has offered almost £12m to businesses in the past eight months. Brazil will implement a fully integrated PR campaign that will provide Full Circle with support through business and consumer channels.

Haslimann Taylor has appointed Watermark PR senior account executive Eve Parkin as account manager, specialising in the construction sector. Parkin will be working on a range of accounts including retirement builder McCarthy & Stone and construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries.

Kenyon Fraser has recruited Alan Kittle as creative director to expand and develop the creative team. Kittle was previously freelance. He is to work across all divisions including health, corporate and society.
