Hong Kong: Hill & Knowlton Asia has signed up new staff for its Asian technology practice. Jacqueline Russo joined last week as a senior consultant. She was head of corporate media relations at Etrade, one of the clients whose accounts she will now head, together with Engage, Interwoven and Outblaze. Lynette Quah joined the agency at the same time from Gavin Anderson. She joins as an account director and is tasked with client management and new business development. Both report to Raj Seth, H&K's technology practice director for north Asia.
