GMTV has appointed executive producer of weekday output Martin Frizell as its new editor. Frizell, who is expected to oversee a staff reshuffle at the station, will be GMTV’s first full time editor since Gerry Melling left 18 months ago. He joined the station in 1993 as chief correspondent.
