Fishburn Hedges celebrated its 20th anniversary this week with a wander down memory lane. Chairman Neil Hedges read some extracts from his diary on the week the agency was launched. Hedges noted the agency's second client was doomed clothing retailer C&A, which withdrew from the UK in 2001 after poor sales. MD Annabel Dunstan has been given the moniker of 'feel the love director', reflecting a shift of focus to 'client love' while continuing to grow the business. What next?
