Restructure at Shiny Red as MD Helen Nowicka leaves

Nowicka will join Porter Novelli in March as head of digital for the UK and EMEA, reporting to MD Sally Ward.

At Shiny Red, associate director Matt Park has been promoted to a new role as head of social media. He will lead the digital side of campaigns for clients including Molson Coors and Pfizer, and for social media accounts including Bravissimo.

Shiny Red also recently added to the social media team with the hire of account director Lily Fallala, who was formerly an account director at Mindshare.
