Oil and gas firm: Jubilant Energy
The firm raised $85m on London’s AIM market in November to value the company at $510m in the third largest AIM float of 2010.
College Hill managed the IPO from its London and Indian offices and has now been handed a retained contract.
Jubilant Energy is part of the Bhartia brothers’ Indian conglomerate Bhartia Jubilant Group and is the first of the Bhartia Jubilant businesses to list in London.
Simon Whitehead, partner in College Hill’s Energy and Natural Resources team, leads the account.
The agency has also been appointed by Deo Petroleum, an Aberdeen-based oil and gas company, following the firm’s acquisition of Perth Assets in the Central North Sea and related fundraising.
