Consolidated Communications has won the consumer PR and public affairs account for thetrainline.com, the UK’s only one-stop on-line rail booking service. Part of a pounds 25 million marketing spend, it is the first PR agency for the site which launched in February 1999. Director Nina Kapur heads the account, reporting to head of marketing Louise Furlong.
