Financial specialist Keith Statham and Associates (KSA) is to be acquired by Asian on-line investment bank e2-Capital and relaunched, with a focus on internet branding. E2-Capital, which launched last September as an on-line investment bank offering fund raising, strategy and technological support to regional internet companies, is to pay pounds 4 million for KSA in April. KSA will become the marketing services arm of the company offering corporate, financial PR and on-line consumer branding. Agency chairman Keith Statham and executive director Flora Chan will continue to manage the office of 22 staff.
