Miles will sit on the Diageo GB executive, as well as leading the reserve team. She will be based in London and will report to Simon Litherland, Diageo GB’s managing director.
Miles has left the position of global brand director for Bushmills and replaces Olga Martinez Garcia, who has recently been named the new marketing and innovation director, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Miles has been with Diageo Great Britain since 2002, starting as a strategy director at the company and working in innovation and marketing positions in the company’s Great Britain and European sectors as well as filling the role of marketing services director for Asia Pacific during this period.
She has worked on the business' flagship brands including Smirnoff and Captain Morgan.
Prior to joining Diageo she worked at Reuters.
