Cubitt Consulting has been appointed to provide PR for the merger of law firms Denton Hall and Wilde Sapte.

of law firms Denton Hall and Wilde Sapte.
The strategic communications and media relations brief runs until
February, when the merger is due to be finalised.
Will Hulbert, Denton Hall PR head, and Simon Hopes, head of PR at Wilde
Sapte, will continue their work in the merged operation.
The new company, Denton Wilde Sapte, will number 800 staff, making it
the eighth-largest in the UK by staff and ninth-largest by income. Both
firms’ key sectors include corporate finance and banking.
Cubitt managing partner Simon Brocklebank-Fowler said: ’This supports
our strategy of focusing on beating the premier firms across a limited
range of sectors - financial professional services, new media and
retail.’
