Katie Ivie has been appointed HR director, Kelly Services
David Woods, Human Resources, Tuesday, 31 August 2010, 12:00am,
Ivie will be responsible for maintaining the culture of strong performance management as well as implementing a clear recruitment strategy to ensure the workforce management company retains its talent and recruits the best people.
She said: "I plan to review the company's HR practices to ensure they are aligned to operational objectives and that current talent is retained and managed successfully. An immediate focus will be to recruit the highest-calibre candidates into the company."
