9 August Two high street fashion giants, H&M and Zara, will finally launch their e-commerce stores for the UK next month. I can't help but wonder why it's taken them so long to jump on the bandwagon. H&M has a well-established presence on Twitter, with separate profiles for many countries where it has high street stores. Not only does the UK profile provide brand, store, sale and product news, it's also used to actively engage with bloggers and customers.

8 August One week ago, I started asking Twitter whenever I needed to make a decision. My post from last week explains why I did it and what it entailed. Also, to read about how it happened, look up the Twitter hashtag asktwitter and you'll see a lot of the conversations.

5 August I heard about this fab app called Paper.li, where you can create a newspaper made up of all your Twitter followers' conversations. You can create a newspaper by putting in a user's Twitter name, a hashtag or a Twitter list. You can promote it via social media and send to people. This will be great for creating communities around hashtags, creating Twitter newspapers for brands or bringing together people at work on a project.
