Text 100 expands global executive leadership team in attempt to speed up growth

The expansion, involving three promotions, has been made to allow for a faster, more direct approach to growing the company at a local level.

Text 100 CEO Aedhmar Hynes said: ‘We have created a flatter management structure to support our continued growth around the world. Our new leadership structure means that our leaders can stay closer to clients, and to supporting and developing staff.’

The restructure will become effective from 1 August.

The restructure:

Anne Costello will move from senior vice-president Asia Pacific to regional director South Asia

Steven Murphy will be promoted from regional operations director, Asia Pacific to director North Asia

Sarah MacKenzie will move from global head of digital lifestyle to regional director for Northern Europe

Rowan Benecke will relocate from Asia Pacific regional director to head up the newly formed central & southern EMEA region
