Bonuses for agency staff

The vast majority of PR agencies offer staff bonuses as part of their benefits package, exclusive research by PRWeek has found.
The PRWeek Best Places to Work Survey, now in its second year, looks at benefits and incentives on offer to staff at 118 UK PR agencies, as well as identifying agencies as outstanding places to work.
In total, 97 per cent of agencies offer staff bonuses and 92 per cent of agencies give staff the opportunity to work from home. Flexible hours are offered by 85 per cent of agencies.
Sixty-eight per cent of agencies have a formal graduate recruitment scheme in place.
