The newly launched US trade body for public relations agencies, the Association of Public Relations Firms, has appointed 18 people to form its founding board of directors. Among the board members from international agencies are: Louis Capozzi, chairman and chief executive of Manning, Selvage and Lee; David Drobis, chief executive of Ketchum PR Worldwide; and Robert Seltzer, president and chief executive of Ogilvy PR Worldwide. Burson-Marsteller, Weber PR Worldwide and Edelman PR Worldwide, Hill and Knowlton and Golin/Harris are also represented. The association has around 50 members.
