Some 63 per cent of PR agencies claim to be year 2000 compliant but many are underestimating the full impact of the millennium bug according to a survey from MORI, conducted for Firefly Communications. Around half of the 41 agencies questioned did not realise that their computer operating system could be affected, while two out of three were unaware that phone equipment could also be affected.
