The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games has appointed Freud Communications to handle a raft of cultural events.
The brief is to assist LOCOG with activities around the handover of the Olympic Games from Beijing to London on 24 August, including the Visa London 2012 party in The Mall.
The party will be a live concert for 40,000 people in the capital to coincide with the handover of the Olympic flag at the closing ceremony of the Beijing Games.
Freud director Kate Garvey will lead the account team. The project will continue until the end of August.
