The agency also tries to encourage its more than 200 employees to be creative beyond PR through various initiatives including its art@Ketchum Pleon series. This allows local artists to show their work in a public art gallery housed in Ketchum Pleon's London office, with drinks and private viewings for employees, clients and local communities. To date, artists have included linocut artist Paul Catherall, photographer Karin Gunnarsson and illustrator Tom Frost.
As part of this series, the agency is currently hosting its 'Not the Royal Academy' summer show, which displays artworks by employees. The work was displayed anonymously for several days and staff were asked to vote for their favourite.
