Johnson joined the specialist crisis and issues management firm as a consultant in 2003 and was promoted in April 2004. Just a few months later he was promoted again - to the board.
At 29 he has advised oil, power and travel companies and avoided potentially catastrophic events. One oil company spokesman noted: 'Tim's cool, calm approach and clear thinking has brought welcome reality to difficult situations.' The bilingual Johnson has delivered crisis workshops in English and German, and helped to expand Regester Larkin in Europe.
Since being responsible for bringing in new business, he has won pitches worth £250,000, and says it is never too early to take on this demanding role: 'The challenge is to show that we are PR professionals, not "young" PR professionals.'

Media Strategy
Earlier this year, 28-year-old Joyce was named one of PRWeek's top '29 under 29' and was shortlisted for the CIPR's Young Communicator of the Year 2006.
He established himself as a communicator to be reckone d with when, at the age of 22, he was appointed as the youngest member of the CIPR's local government group. He has also been a leader of the Conservative Party's Campaigns Unit.
Working for Media Strategy, he recently helped to win its biggest account in 2005: Nationwide.

Shine Communications
Collis has only worked in PR for six years, but he already heads up the youth and music division at Shine, overseeing a team of 12, with accounts worth more than £650,000.
He says it is his 'mission' to be at the forefront of the changing media landscape and to be aware of
the latest trends. Since he also runs a club night in Nottingham and dee-jays every week, it is easy to see how he achieves this.
Collis's insights have helped lead to 20 per cent organic growth across his clients in the past year.
