Singh, who will join the agency next week and report to partner and MD Sally Ward, will be based in the agency's London office. The appointment has been prompted by recent new business wins and the growth of existing clients across the region.
In the newly created role, Singh will co-ordinate the international delivery of these programmes. She will also oversee client service and continue the agency's expansion in pharmaceutical marketing, medical education and consumer health and wellbeing.
Singh joins from her role as head of strategic services at Hill & Knowlton, where she was responsible for developing new offerings for the agency in emerging areas including clinical trial recruitment and retention.
She rejoined H&K two years ago after leaving for eight months to take up a role at Bell Pottinger. Singh was previously joint MD of healthcare at H&K before she joined the rival agency to head its health group.
At Bell Pottinger, she was responsible for integrating the different Chime Communications healthcare brands to create new combined PR and advertising offerings.

She will work closely with existing healthcare leaders across the agency's international network.
