The web series, called Child's Eye, include testimonies of children at the sharp end of war in Afghanistan and DR Congo as well as those affected by child trafficking in India and Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar.

In November, films will be launched providing updates on children's lives one year on from the bombing in Gaza, looking at how they have managed to rebuild their lives over the past 12 months.

The charity is in the process of securing a media partner for its Christmas appeal. It is also partnering with IKEA for the furniture retailer's soft toy appeal, which runs throughout November and December.
