About

Talented women are the lifeblood of the PR industry, generating the transformative work that inspires both clients and colleagues. Now, more than ever, it is imperative that women find the support, company culture, and resources to ensure a rewarding long-term career, all the way to the c-suite should she choose.

At  PRWeek's Hall of Femme Breakfast,  hosted by Julia Hood, Chief Content Officer, Haymarket Media, and Bernadette Casey, Executive Editor, PRWeek, hear from the women who have made it into the c-suite of some of the biggest and most dynamic agencies in the marketing communications industry. These inspiring female leaders, members of the PR Council's SheQuality Project, will reveal the strategies that worked for them as they forged their ultimate career path. Their insights, gleaned from experience, will help women understand how to advocate for themselves on crucial issues such as pay equality and career advancement.

And knowing that these important issues can only be resolved when both men and women work together, PRWeek has invited male senior executives from some of the biggest brands and agencies for a frank discussion and unique perspective on where and how successful change is happening and on overcoming challenges that remain.
