GlobalCom PR Network has drafted in Sussex-based Pegasus PR as its exclusive healthcare agency for the UK, replacing former UK partner Medicom. Pegasus joins 40 other global partners and agencies across 69 countries.
Resolute Communications has appointed Michael Durand to lead its New York office in the role of MD. Durand was a founding director of Porter Novelli's global healthcare practice. He also previously worked as MD of healthcare strategy and planning for Ogilvy PR Worldwide.
Nice-Pak International has called in Mere PR to implement a national trade and consumer media relations campaign for wipes brands Halo and Sani+Hands. For Halo, the consultancy will be generating media coverage and exploiting sampling opportunities to reach a female audience. A separate campaign is planned to raise awareness of Sani+Hands.
