The joint Anglo-French review, led by Christopher Garnett and M. Claude Gressier, is publishing a report into how several trains broke down in the Channel Tunnel in the run up to Christmas last year.

Bell Pottinger has been helping the team prepare for the publication of the results, in a press conference on Friday.

Head of issues and crisis management Alex Woolfall will lead the team, providing event management and media relations support to the panel.

The press conference will be conducted in both English and French.

Well with the report out its not to difficult to see Eurostar had no plan in place. We witnessed on the 19 & 20 December 2009 a PR 'Crisis' 'Snow Balling' out of control. Eurostar's head honcho Richard Brown's delivery in front of the media cameras was very poor at best.

More like 'Headless Chickens'.

Thing's need to improve on the PR front.

Most important those 'Plans' to evacuate train travelers, to insure Health & Safety issues, should they go wrong like they clearly have, need to be updated very fast.

Maybe a 'Free Flight' for all the Children & family's that had there holidays ruined, would be a good start Mr Brown?
