The agency will become the corporate and financial PR agency of Haji-Ioannou's easyGroup investment vehicle after a competitive pitch.

A key aspect of the brief will be comms around this week's court case over a brand licensing agreement made with easyJet, in which Haji-Ioannou remains the largest shareholder. CDR will also look to raise the profile of and provide PR advice to all easyGroup's businesses, including easyCar and easyHotel.
