This survey will be used to whittle down a shortlist of agencies to be considered by the judging panel, which will include CIPR president Jay O'Connor, PRCA director general Francis Ingham and PRWeek editor Danny Rogers.

As with last year, successful agencies will be awarded gold, silver and bronze awards - and designated a PRWeek Best Place to Work for 2010.

The deadline for entries is Monday 12 April.
