project to promote its 25th anniversary. The council, which has its

Truro, and services the port town of Falmouth, celebrates its silver

anniversary in April.

Administrative services head Philip Rowe, who is responsible for PR at

Carrick, said the project was likely to last a month. ’We want to raise

the council’s image by letting everyone know it has been around for 25

years,’ said Rowe. The chosen agency will help publicise celebrations

based around the 27 people who have worked for the council since its

inception.
