weeks including Ian Kennedy, a director and respected lobbyist at the

firm.



Head of monitoring, David de Winton, and planning consultant Alex

Challoner have also left. John Dickie, managing director of GPC’s London

operation, said: ’I am very much in the market for new recruits. We’ve

basically got four senior consultant vacancies.’
