STOP PRESS: Citigate and Dewe Rogerson merge

Dewe Rogerson has confirmed the merger with Citigate Communications and the creation of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, as a result of this week’s pounds 27 million takeover of Dewe Rogerson by Incepta (PR Week, 18 September).

September).



Tony Carlisle, Dewe Rogerson’s executive chairman, is to become a board

director of Incepta with Dewe Rogerson director Cary Martin expected to

become deputy chairman of the agency’s UK operations. Dewe Rogerson

directors Roddy Dewe and Johnny de Uphaugh will retire with Nico

Rogerson staying on for a year as a consultant.
