BORDER LINES: Tinkler to head division at GPC

BRUSSELS: Lobbying firm GPC has promoted senior consultant Louise Tinkler to head the environment practice of its Brussels office. Tinkler is the first dedicated head of the practice, which is worth about pounds 1.5 million in fee income - one third of GPC Brussels’ business - and employs 11 people. The agency’s environment clients include the Association of Plastics Manufacturers in Europe and ICI Polyurethanes. Tinkler has worked at GPC for three years and was previously a researcher for Labour MEP David Bowe.
