Morgan Allen Moore will handle media relations and public affairs
for Public Private Innovations, which provides services including
catering and buildings maintenance to schools through the Government’s
Private Finance Initiative (PFI) scheme.

Public Private Innovations was formed 18 months ago specifically to bid
for PFI contracts in the primary and secondary education sectors. The
company is headed by chairman and chief executive Bob Wathen, a former
financial consultant for Merrill Lynch.
The firm has reached ’preferred status’ - the final stage in the long
selection process for PFI contracts - on a number of projects which have
yet to be awarded.
