The new agency will focus on technology, corporate and consumer PR and will call on the husband and wife team's 26 years of combined experience in the industry.

Paul Allen, director, Rise PR said: 'The way the market has been impacted by the economy in the past 18 months has meant that PR budgets have been made to go that bit further. We firmly believe there is a demand for big agency expertise, experience and contacts but without the price premium that usually comes with that.'

Rise PR has started work with first client PassivSystems, the smart home system company, to launch home energy management product PassivEnergy.
