Pringle leaves the company after working there for six years. She intends to enter into a 'new venture' later in the year after taking a sabbatical.

Pringle said: ‘After working non-stop for 18 years, the opportunity has arisen for me to embark on a well-earned sabbatical and a new venture on my return. Splendid has been a brilliant experience for me, since the embryonic days, but 6 years on it's time for change.'

Pringle leaves on 5 March. During her time at Splendid she worked on consumer accounts such as School Disco, Smirnoff, Macleans and EZ Pay.

She was formerly an associate director at Kazoo and has also worked at Freud Communications and Hill & Knowlton.
