'We really know our guests' says Radisson Edwardian Hotels campaign

Radisson Edwardian Hotels has launched a campaign to celebrate the individuality of its guests.

Retained agency Mason Williams PR will help promote the hotel company’s campaign and its focus on ‘highly personalised service’.

‘We’re Very You’ centres on portraits of ten regular guests, created by new artists. These portraits will be used in an advertising campaign in national media and will be displayed in an online gallery.

‘We’ve turned the normal endorsement campaign on its head,’ said marketing director Linda Plant. ‘The campaign is less about photographs of our interiors but rather focuses on our guests, demonstrating that we specialise in really knowing them.’

‘In a marketplace which can sometimes feel cold and impersonal, this individualised approach proves to be a popular recipe,’ she added.
