Tangerine Confectionery appoints Brahm for overarching comms brief

Tangerine Confectionery has chosen Brahm to work across its entire portfolio of brands, including Sherbet Fountain and Butterkist popcorn.

Tangerine, which is also responsible for Barratt sweets and Princess marshmallows, has appointed the agency to cover all consumer public relations, trade and corporate communications work.

The first consumer briefs Brahm will be working on include the launch of Henry Goode’s raspberry-flavoured soft eating liquorice, and a new campaign for Butterkist.

Tangerine marketing director Alison Lewis said: ‘With the sale of Cadbury’s we have become the largest British-owned sugar confectionery manufacturer, and Brahm has been brought on board to raise the profile of our fantastic brands and the success of the business.’

Brahm has formerly worked for Tangerine on the launch of Henry Goode.
