90Ten Healthcare has expanded its PR and medical education account teams, with the appointments of James Osborn as account manager and Shirley Hunter as senior account executive. Osborn previously worked at Weber Shandwick and LEO Pharma. He is responsible for further developing 90TEN's digital health solutions.

Spink has bolstered its consumer healthcare division with the hire of Lisa Pantelli as an account manager. Pantelli joins from Midnight Communications and will manage work for existing clients including Optrex, Oilatum and Zantac.

Tudor Reilly, the Buckinghamshire-based agency, is opening an office in London to further service existing clients. The London base will be headed by associate director Nicole Yost, who plans to expand the team during 2010.

Virgo has brought in Peter Impey to strengthen its senior team. He joins as an associate director and is responsible for leading the UK account team for MSD's cholesterol absorption inhibitor, ezetimibe, and GSK's global travel health portfolio. He joins from Ketchum Pleon.
