LSA has been appointed to raise the profile of leading

international environmental consultancy, Environmental Resource

Management.

The agency, which won the account without a competitive pitch, will

promote the consultancy in the written and broadcast business media on a

six-month renewable contract. Laura Sandys, chief executive officer of

LSA, who will be heading the account, said: ’Our role is to position

Environmental Resource Management as expert commentators to business on

the environmental issues of the day. The environment is a growing sector

for consultancy and it’s something corporates are becoming increasingly

aware of.’

Environmental Resource Management advises clients on environmental

auditing, environmental impact assessment, site investigations,

pollution control, major hazard and safety work and waste

management.

The consultancy’s clients include Railtrack, London Underground, the

Scottish Office, the European Commission, the Department of the

Environment, Transport and the Regions, World Bank and BAA.

ERM has 17 offices in Europe, 14 in Asia and employs 2,500 staff

worldwide.

The organisation is headed by chairman Robin Bidwell and managing

director Malcolm Hutton.
