Text 100 proved good client relations wasn’t so much hot air when staff used Rank Xerox’s hot air balloon to reach an agency training session in Holland. To satisfy directions that delegates arrive in the ‘most creative and challenging way’ account managers Clare Condon and Donald Johnson asked client Rank Xerox if they could borrow its balloon. Condon and Johnson aren’t set to come down to earth just yet as their novel mode of transport won them the challenge prize - pounds 500 in travel vouchers. Condon assures me, however, that she’ll be travelling by plane this time.
