The agency will provide integrated comms support to Transport Scotland for the Scottish Government's portfolio of major road contracts, including the high profile Forth Replacement Crossing project and a number of motorway schemes.

The contract, which runs from January 2010 to mid-2012, was secured following a competitive pitch between the Scottish Government's roster agencies.

The win will see The Big Partnership continue its communications and stakeholder engagement work on the Forth Replacement Crossing, which it has worked on since 2007.  The agency will continue to handle community engagement on the project during the planning phase and the recent introduction of the Forth Crossing Bill in the Scottish Parliament.

The projects will be handled by teams from The Big Partnership's offices in Glasgow and Fife. It will be directed by account directors Kathryn McKee, Allan Buchan and Gavin Cameron.
